Mittlerweile liest man nich...</p> <p><b>Neue Seite</b></p><div>Blaue Tachobeleuchtung an der K1200 RS/GT<br /> <br /> Vor laengerer Zeit war der Umbau auf eine blaue LED-Tachobeleuchtung ein heisses Thema im Forum.<br /> <br /> Mittlerweile liest man nichts mehr. Der Grund liegt wohl darin, dass die Ergebnisse eher bescheiden waren.<br /> <br /> Tauscht man nur die Glühbirnen gegen eine LED, bekommt man bestenfalls ein blaeuliches Schimmern und<br /> <br /> das noch ungleichmaeßig verteilt.<br /> <br /> Ich wollte aber eine brauchbare Loesung finden und habe nach dem zweiten Bastelwinter auch eine gefunden.<br /> <br /> Diese ist aber nicht ganz einfach und es gehoert schon ein wenig bastlerisches Geschick und entsprechendes Werkzeug dazu.<br /> <br /> Aber warum klappt es mit der Austauschloesung nicht? Schauen wir uns eine Gluehbirne an.<br /> <br /> Diese strahlt ihr Licht gleichmaeßig in alle Richtungen ab. Das Innenleben der Intrumentenkombi<br /> <br /> und die Rückseiten der Ziffernblaetter sind darauf abgestimmt. Eine LED ist dagegen ein Punktstrahler.<br /> <br /> Das Licht wird nur in eine Richtung abgestraht und das auch noch in einem sehr engen Winkel (20Grad).<br /> <br /> Kann also nicht funktionieren.<br /> <br /> <br /> Will man also die Intrumente gleichmaeßig mit LEDs ausleuchten, muss man diese direkt unter den<br /> <br /> Ziffernblaettern anbringen. Und zwar so viele, dass sich eine ausreichende Helligkeit ergibt und<br /> <br /> sich die Lichtkegel am besten ueberschneiden. Die Loesung sind 18 LEDs. Und zwar jeweils 6 unter<br /> <br /> Tacho und Drehzahlmesser und jeweils 3 unter Tank- und Temperaturanzeige.<br /> <br /> <br /> Da sich dieser Umbau wie oben gesagt an Bastler richtet, die mit dem Lötkolben umgehen koennen,<br /> <br /> beschraenke ich mich bei der Beschreibung auf das Wesentliche. Und vorsichtshalber weise ich darauf hin,<br /> <br /> dass ich keinerlei Haftung uebernehme und jeder den Umbau in eigener Verantwortung ausfuehrt.<br /> <br /> <br /> 1. Kombiinstrument ausbauen.<br /> <br /> Tipp: Elektrische Anschlusskabel mit wasserfesten Stift nummerieren und Nummer auch neben der entsprechenden<br /> <br /> Schraube auf dem Gehaeuse notieren.<br /> <br /> Tipp: Die Schrauben halten die Instrumente im Inneren des Gehaeuses fest - die jeweils erste Schraube<br /> <br /> nach dem Entfernen des Kabels wieder einschrauben, dann fallen Tacho und Co nicht lose im Kombiinstrument herum.<br /> <br /> <br /> 2. Kombiinstrument zerlegen<br /> <br /> Als erstes Rueckstellknopf des Tachos abschrauben. Dann schwarzes Vorderteil von der Rueckseite abschrauben.<br /> <br /> Vorderteil abnehmen und Intrument herausnehmen.<br /> <br /> <br /> 3. Die blaue Beleuchtung<br /> <br /> Die Beleuchtung besteht aus 16 blauen LED (Superflux blau 6.000mcd) und 2 weißen gleicher Bauart.<br /> <br /> Diese sind flacher als die gewoehnlichen Runden und haben einen Abstrahlwinkel von 100 Grad statt 20 Grad.<br /> <br /> Jeweils 9 Stück werden an eine Konstantstromquelle mit 60mA angeschlossen. Jedes LED braucht 20mA Strom.<br /> <br /> Also 3 in Reihe loeten und jeweils 3 Ketten paralell an die Konstantstromquelle.<br /> <br /> Die Verbindungskabel so bemessen, dass von der einen Konstantstromquelle Tacho und Tankanzeige versorgt werden,<br /> <br /> von der anderen Drehzahlmesser und Temperaturanzeige. Wichtig! Die beiden weißen LED sollen unter den<br /> <br /> Roten Bereich von Drehzahlmesser und Temperaturanzeige. Sonst ist diese spaeter nicht mehr Rot!<br /> <br /> Die LEDs habe ich mit Sekundenkleber auf Schaumgummi geklebt. Und zwar solchen, den man zum Fenster<br /> <br /> abdichten verwendet. Dieser klebt auf einer Seite und so lassen sich die LEDs im Gehaeuse einkleben<br /> <br /> (und bei Fehlversuchen wieder entfernen). Die beste Position der LEDs durch Probieren herausfinden.<br /> <br /> Jetzt noch ein Anschlusskabel fuer die Versorgungsspannung an die Konstantstromquellen loeten und<br /> <br /> durch jeweils ein Oeffnung für die Gluehbirnen nach Außen fuehren. Spaeter habe ich am Motorrad zwei<br /> <br /> der nicht benoetigten Lampenfassungen entfernt und dafuer eine Stecker- Buchsenverbindung angebracht<br /> <br /> (kleine Stecker/Buchsen gibt es bei den Modellfliegern - bei Conrad nach BEC-Stecker/Buchsen fragen).<br /> <br /> Bei einem Prototypen hatte ich mir eine Art Stecker fuer die Lampenfassung gebaut.<br /> <br /> Hat sich aber nicht bewaehrt, da es zu einem Wackelkontakt gekommen ist.<br /> <br /> Und jeder Wackelkontakt heißt die Verkleidung komplett abbauen!<br /> <br /> Die Loecher, wo die beiden Kabel nach Außen gehen, mit einem Stück Schaumstoff verschließen,<br /> <br /> will man spaeter keine Spinnen etc. im Gehaeuse haben.<br /> <br /> <br /> 4. Abschlussarbeiten:<br /> <br /> Die Kabel im Gehause mit stark haftenden Klebeband fixieren. Moeglichst so, dass sie nicht unter den<br /> <br /> Platinen von Tacho und Drehzahlmesser liegen (Kurzschluss bei Durchscheuern). Instrumente wieder mit<br /> <br /> einer Schraube befestigen. Vorderteil montieren, Tachoknopf nicht vergessen und Kombi ans Motorrad.<br /> <br /> <br /> 5. Uhr und Ganganzeige<br /> <br /> Auch hier muss eine LED ran, sonst ueberstrahlt die Gluehbirne unseren schoenen blauen Glanz.<br /> <br /> In diesem Fall aber eine normale blaue LED verwenden, denn hier soll punktfoermig in den Plexiglas-Lichtleiter<br /> <br /> eingestrahlt werden. Ich habe dazu ein Stueck Leiterplatte passend gemacht und mit LED und Vorwiderstand versehen.<br /> <br /> Die LED wird vorne flach geschliffen (streut das Licht) und in die Lampenfassung gesteckt.<br /> <br /> <br /> Viel Arbeit fuer ein wenig blaues Licht.
